THE CARSON CLARK GALLERY .... The Gallery was established in 1969 in Edinburgh's Canongate (the longest section of Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. The Carson Clark Gallery is located next to the infamous CANONGATE TOLBOOTH which served as a gatehouse and a prison.
